If acupuncture works for some then cold laser therapy may work for some similarly.

But not everyone will respond to treatment. And cold laser may be pricey.

You need will power to stop smoking. You will get nicotine withdrawal symptoms and you may miss the habit of putting a cigarette to your mouth but with determination to be healthy and to help those around you to be healthy I am sure you can do it insha'Allah [God willing]. You may benefit from taking a herb such as Passiflora incarnata or Avena sativa. Either of these may actually help with nicotine withdrawal. Chewing gum may help also.

It is said there are over 4000 chemicals in a cigarette and over 43 of these may be cancer-causing:

It harms you and those you love. I guess you know this and that is a reason you want to stop. Reminding yourself of this every day should help in giving up the habit insha'Allah.

Good luck with quitting and I hope the transition to a new healthier you is light for you.

Best wishes.
