I've tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.
Eventually a friend told me about a NLP method, you could do the same for your friend :)
Get her to check out this article: http://quit-smoking-today.bestof-the-net.com/
It’s the one that got me off the cigs and smoke free for GOOD even without gaining weight! :)
Good luck!

There are as many reasons for smoking as there are people, however foretunately there are several tried and tested methods of stopping. Many of these methods won't cost a cent and are described in my free manual that you can download from www.kickthesmokinghabitnow.com

Enjoyed the silly little video! LOL. I am one of those that have Quit Smoking once and for all. It was hard at first with all the cravings and demons pulling at me to go outside and light up. I had to get help because I knew I could not do it alone. Only a very select few can quit cold turkey, so I did my research and found the easiest way I could at the most affordable way that I could find anywhere on the Internet. Smoke Deter is the ticket! Helps you in so many ways that most products don't, when you get the urge just take some and it is almost like you just smoked a whole cigarette when you didn't even put one close to your lips. All natural and at what a great price. Good Luck to All.

Hi

The first thing you really need to do is decide you want to stop. Then just to make sure, come up with the reasons why you want to stop. I know this may sound a little strange, but it is essential. If you are wanting to stop because everyone around you is wanting/telling you to stop, I'm afraid it will never happen. You really do have to have your own reasons to have a fighting chance.

There is an exercise at the beginning of the free manual you can download from www.kickthesmokinghabitnow.com, that helps you to make this first step of having a personal reason.

Many experts believe smoking is only about 10% physical addiction and 90% psychological addiction. Your body will recover fairly quickly from nicotine withdrawals (the worst symptoms usually abate in three days or less), but your psychological dependency on cigarettes can be much more difficult to defeat.

A large part of the issue is the “smoking habit”. A smoker is just used to the process of lighting up and taking a drag. It becomes an automatic activity. The good news is that the creation of a habit, and consequently the breaking of a habit takes around 30 days. Therefore if the smoker can identify the times they “automatically” have a cigarette eg. First thing in the morning, after a meal etc. they can start becoming consciously aware of these times and therefore do something about them. Then if they can do something else for 30 days, they will go a long way to overcoming the habit element of smoking.

Information like this and ways of naturally overcoming those times when smokers absolutely need a cigarette can be found within a free report at www.kickthesmokinghabitnow.com
