What is the best way to get my Man to quit smoking ?

I have quit and can not stand the smell on him anymore. Its such a turn off.

Maybe if you told him that it's a turn off that would help (or alternatively, make him feel especially sexy only when he gets with the program). He's bound to be stubborn, but you're doing the right thing by trying to get him to stop. Good luck!

    Get him some patches, gum, get him doing something that will keep his hands busy…tell him you love him and you want him to stop smoking and live….smoking kills…not only with cancer, but heart related diseases…take away the matches and smokes..
    throw them out…and don't let him buy more…(you'll save more money too..)

    I was in the same shoes. I had quit smoking before my spouse quit. I hated the smell of smoke…I could NOT believe that we smelled like smoke when we smoked…It was hard for me not to pick up a smoke when he smoked. I had asked him not to smoke around me…he would go outside to smoke (that was his choice to go outside to smoke…he said he wanted to help me quit and have our children a better health)…a year later, he finally quit smoking (all on his own…I think he realized how much better I felt)…Now he's been smoke free for 3 years and I been smoke free for 4 years!!! and still counting!!!

    if he doesn't want to quit it's unfair to try an make him he didn't try to make you quit did he, tell him he has to shower before you do it

    You can not make him quit. He has to want to do it, it is an addiction. Both my parents smoked and so does my boyfriend. You can not make them do it.
