What is the best technique to quit smoking?

July 4th, 2009 | by Jeff Trikoleti |

I’ve tried cold turkey and tried smoking less and less to eventually none at all… but cannot kick the habit. Cannot afford any expensive patches and meds. Is there any other way?

Well when i quit awhile back, i had gotten sick.
My throat felt awful and when i smoked it burned it, also smoking made me feel nauseous.
I’m not saying go catch a cold, but i’m telling you how i easily stopped.

I used to smoke a lot, tried to quit about 10 times at list but I never could. Than I started eating candy instead of smoking and it helped me. lollipops chewing gum just about any kind of candy. Try it quiting it with the candy is the best kind of quiting I’ve ever done lol
