Think of it like this: What are the benefits from keeping on smoking?
The benefits from quitting smoking is a stronger health and well-being, less chance of cancer and other illnesses. A stronger physique and cardiovascular health.
A better environment for both you AND others around you.

Google is your friend? why even answer at all?
The guy is asking a question here, and we’re supposed to answer, not just take it off us and redirect to Google.(people want personal answers here, directed to them)

I know when I was in the midst of addiction, there really wasn’t anything that would have convinced me to quit smoking (until I lost my health). I wish I had known/thought about when I smoked that my choices of mates/dates would be significantly reduced due to my smoking. That smoking drains the vitamins from the body and that the teeth would be seriously effected. (I didn’t know that all those root canals were due to smoking - sheeeesh) I think I might have quit just to stay out of the dentists office. Someone who smokes rarely considers nutrition & vitamins but every cell in the body is drained of vitamins and eventually, health is severely compromised eventually. I couldn’t believe my mother trying to choose between breathing and smoking and IF she could have done both she would have. You severely lose your stamina & energy.
I’m sure you already know the spiel about cancer & having your breath and person constantly smelling and the COST. Oh my goodness, it was cheap when I smoked, I can’t imagine anyone spending that kind of bucks on smoking.
I always thought when I smoked, who wants to live to be 80, I didn’t think that the life that I did live might be severely compromised & that I could end up living a life that I just wished I was dead. Nobody misses their health til it’s gone.

I’ve tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend - NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.
Check out this article:

it’s the one that got me off the cigs and smoke free for GOOD even without gaining weight!
Good luck kicking the habit!
Matthew.
